| Yes. I have constructed XML schemas for a project that needed valid XML documents. I have worked with XPath and I am working with XML practically every day. |

| About 2 months with reading a couple of hours every day. |

| I read the recommended material, the most relevant chapters from XML In A Nutshell and used W3Schools a lot. Besides I used XML Spy to test out some examples. XML Spy is great for testing XPATH expressions! |

| It's very important to have hands-on experience. Theory is one thing, but testing examples in editors like XML Spy is the key to success. |
